I recently did some work on a listing of Stephanie’s. I have never seen an agent be so thoroughly involved in their listings. She spent two entire days steam cleaning her clients carpets and deep cleaning the home. She put together an open house that was better than some broker opens I’ve attended. She stopped in before every showing to entire the home was in showing order. If you’re looking for a listing agent, I can’t imagine one better than Stephanie.
